Noddy Tsui was raised in Hong Kong and came to Canada in 2001. She graduated with a BA from York University. With a passion for service, she has worked in media and marketing fields. Noddy is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. She enjoys working with families, assisting them with their final pre-planning arrangements.
