Rosa Crognale

Rosa Crognale has been with Mount Pleasant Group of Cemeteries for over 25 years. She is a pre-planning advisor, based at Beechwood Cemetery.

   Born in Italy, Rosa moved to Canada when she was little, returning to Italy as an adult, for 14 years. Her ability to speak Italian allows Rosa to communicate with her families in their own language, which makes them feel more at ease.

   Rosa finds her work very interesting because she gets to meet a lot of wonderful people from almost every part of the world, and gets to learn a lot about other people’s cultures and traditions.

   As a member of the President’s Platinum Club, and having won numerous achievement awards, Rosa will always strive for the best customer service there is to offer.
