Cliff Shaddock

Cliff realized a long time ago that customer service is the key element in being successful. Taking the time to listen and understand what the customer is telling you, makes you a more effective salesperson. Cliff spent several years in sales in the retail packaged goods industry and is passionate about achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Cliff joined The Simple Alternative ~ Toronto as a Funeral Director’s Assistant for a few years, learning the funeral side of the business, before joining Mount Pleasant Group of Cemeteries and helping families with cemetery pre-planning within the GTA. His goal is to help families, and his commitment to understanding how best to help them is paramount.
