Hello Neil, … our family had the funeral service for our dad at Pine Hills on January 20th 2021. We wanted to e-mail you personally to express how pleased we were with Beth. Beth was very attentive and took the time to fully explain the pricing, and the differences in lot sizes as well as the cost associated with the head stone. She gave us options that made sense and exceeded our expectations when it came to her level of customer service. The day that we went to see the different locations it was extremely cold, she took the time to show us exactly where each lot was, showed us how big each lot is, and also the direction that the head stone would be facing. During the selection process outside we never felt rushed because of the cold weather, we were able to take our time to pick the best resting spot for our dad that “felt right” and we never second guessed our decision. Overall Beth made us feel comfortable and explained everything in detail that was in the paper and made the whole process easy. We wanted to express our thanks and recognize Beth for the outstanding job she did for our family. Thank You.

Mom wanted the wooden cross there and it was, so that gave her some comfort. Your crew was very nice. I know it isn’t standard procedure with COVID right now but after the casket was lowered, your guys stepped back so that my mom could have a final moment with her husband and she really appreciated that. Please tell them how much we appreciated that gesture. The gentlemen were very nice.
